Felisa Aguilar

Felisa went to Virginia Commonwealth University, where she studied Philosophy of Law and African American Studies with a minor in General Business. Now a paralegal and Chapter 13 specialist, her work also centers on Chapter 7 bankruptcy, particularly non-consumer and business owner cases. Over her four years with the firm, she has developed deep familiarity with the documentation and procedural demands these matters involve, playing a key role in keeping cases organized, deadlines on track, and clients informed at every stage. Her attention to detail and steady, client-focused approach make her a trusted point of contact throughout what can be a stressful and uncertain time.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Felisa is able to serve a broader range of clients and ensure that language is never a barrier to understanding one’s options and obligations.
